Deal flow

The SBA deal flow represents a complete analysis and follow up process of the investment proposals brought to the club through personal relationship, partners, affiliated networks, or event from the entrepreneurs themselves. Club members meet on a monthly basis during « Deal Flow Review Meetings » to select the new projects (go / no go decision), select the sponsor that will further enter the due diligence process for such selected projects, and to discuss the progress for the on-going due diligences. Furthermore, SBA organizes several events open to the public, the entrepreneurs and to the members. These events are listed below.

Networking

Managers, research scientists, entrepreneurs, owners of a project or just an idea, private and potential investors, participate to the entrepreneurship dynamism of the French Riviera by attending the « Start Up Factories » to share, inform and create a network. This quarterly meeting is organized in Sophia Antipolis, and allows a selection of project owners to pitch in front of the public (around 150 people average).
